Unlike other event planners, we help you set expectations BEFORE you book with us. During your complimentary consultation, we will discuss your vision, needs, details and budget. We can help you determine where your expectations are realistic, and where we might need to re-evaluate, and guide you to money-saving options if needed. Following your consultation, we will send you a realistic breakdown of items so you can start planning for the wedding of your dreams.

Initial consultation and planning meeting
Customized referrals/hiring/management of all vendors to match your style and budget: venue, caterer, photographer, videographer, entertainment, florist, rental items, invitations, cake, officiant services, hair/makeup, transportation, lodging, and more

Customized Vision Board
Negotiation and review of vendor contracts, serve as main point of contact, schedule and attend vendor meetings with client
Assistance with wedding design and decor
Manage and coordinate all rental orders and delivery
Customized floor plans and layouts of all event spaces
Create event day timeline for clients and vendors
Coordinate and facilitate final walkthrough at venue with any necessary vendors (30 days prior to event)

Event Day…
One lead wedding coordinator and one assistant coordinator (may be required for groups of 100 or more, and/or two locations). We will personally assist the couple throughout the entire event. Unlimited wedding day coverage is included.
Coordination of the ceremony rehearsal, ceremony, reception and vendors
Manage and assist bridal party
Meal, snack and beverage management during event day for bridal party
Oversight of proper event setup
Vendor management
Follow detailed timeline with vendors and ensure the event flows smoothly

Coordination of guest shuttles and transportation. No guest is left behind!
Collect all gifts and small items and assist in packing up at the end of the event

THE SAPPHIRE
wedding management package
This service is for you if you want to handle the entire planning process yourself, but the thought of worrying about whether the linens arrived wrinkled, or the DJ is on time is not how you want to spend your wedding day. With “Month-Of” you get to enjoy being the bride while letting someone else worry about the details on your day.

Up to 5 hours of consulting and advice. Ask us anything!

Manage and coordinate all rental orders (to ensure accuracy)

DESTINATION WEDDINGS
We love destination weddings! If your dream wedding destination is somewhere foreign (bonus points if it’s tropical!), count us in! We’d love to support you during the planning process. We’ll utilize our extensive network of planners and vendors across the globe to help you plan the perfect wedding!
If you’re looking to plan your wedding celebration somewhere other than home, but still want a reputable planner you know and trust, this service is for you. We come alongside you to plan your destination wedding and utilize our large network of vendor connections to be sure that your wedding day is exactly what you envisioned—even in an exotic locale.
